      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Develop an executable Master Production Schedule (MPS) for Manufacturing, balancing customer service, material availability, plant capacities, and targeted inventory levels
      - Identify and propose solutions for short-term supply and demand gaps
      - Conduct global product line capacity modeling and analysis
      - Lead monthly plant Supply Consensus meetings as part of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning Process (SIOP)
      - Collaborate with Production Planner and Plant Operations to ensure sufficient finished goods supply to meet worldwide demand

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or similar discipline
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing and/or Supply Chain planning experience
      - Familiarity and working knowledge of ERP systems or planning software applications
      - Strong knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and processes
      - Experience in a manufacturing environment coordinating multi-discipline activities
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work cross-functionally, influence decision-making, and prioritize in a dynamic business environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP or equivalent)
      - Additional experience in a manufacturing environment coordinating multi-discipline activities
      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influence decision-making, and build consensus
