- Assist in the management and accountability of assigned property resale merchandise and performs a wide variety of supply clerical functions to include the requisition, receipt, storage, issue, and transfer of property merchandise items.
- Complies with procedures for maintaining property resale merchandise transaction records and participates in the conduct of inventories for resale merchandise inventory accountability.
- Issues all turn-in documents, inventory adjustments, and hand receipt documents.
- Coordinates all supply requirements for activities serviced.
- Moves and / or carries furniture and equipment resale merchandise on a regular basis using lifting / moving devices.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (SSBI) background investigation.
- Test Designated Position: In accordance with NSA Policy and Executive Order 12564 this position is subject to random drug testing as a condition of employment.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain access to National Security Agency facilities and networks. Incumbent may be subject to polygraph testing and must meet NSA personnel security requirements as outlined in NSA/CSS Policy
- Must be a United States (US) Citizen.
- Incumbent must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Appointment is subject to successful completion and ability to maintain a favorable Top Secret (T5)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

Qualification Requirements: 1. Knowledge of appropriate references guides, supply manuals, and other publications in order to identify and classify items to the appropriate Federal Supply Class or subclass.2. Knowledge of automated systems to apply instructions for supply actions such as data entry, reports retrieval, search of specific records and error corrections.3. Demonstrated knowledge, skills and ability must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Must have the ability to research and analyze material and the ability to communicate orally.Highly Preferred: 1. Six (6) months' experience managing warehouse operations systems in a retail or e-commerce environment to include determining storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, and issuing materials.2. Six (6) months' customer service experience in a retail environment experience communicating with internal and external customers in a professional, customer service setting.**NOTE: Those qualified applicants who meet both the minimum qualification requirement(s) and highly preferred criteria(s) will be considered best qualified for this position and will be referred to the selecting official(s) first for consideration.
