Producing and maintaining daily reports in Excel.
Managing post requirements for the business including court bundles
Circulating group emails to the business.
Processing stationary orders.
Providing an overflow service for all incoming CRU calls.
Assisting in regular and additional ad hoc duties and auditing for all CRU departments.
Assisting with call allocations ensuring all calls are allocated correctly each morning.
Inputing new instruction file setups onto FileStream .
Managing various mailboxes and responding or re-directing mail accordingly
Managing all client work allocated in accordance with the detailed procedures and quality standards contained in the Firm’s manuals and Client protocol.
Ensuring the confidentiality of all clients and client documentation and information.
Ensuring that all service standards and targets are met.
Ensuring that all conflicts, complaints and potential acts of negligence are reported immediately to the Technical Manager
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
Must be able to use own initiative and prioritise
Flexibility in work content
Enthusiasm and trustworthiness
Professional manner- discretion in dealing with client’s personal matters
High level of IT Literacy- proficient in Microsoft programmes (particularly Excel)

We also support our parent group, litigating on their behalf.
We have a new and exciting Support Administrator opportunity available within our Bromley based team, offered on full time and permanent basis.
The role
Reporting to the Sales Support SME, you will provide administration support to Legal Services. This is a varied role which requires a high level of self management in addition to team work. You will have a number of duties such as auditing CRU files, maintaining spreadsheets, as well as coordinating various other activities as directed by the People Manager. This role requires flexibility with various administrative, secretarial and support functions.

Location: Bromley (BR1 1DP)
Home Working: Hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Working hours: 35 hour per week (Monday - Friday)
