What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key point of contact for resolving routine and complex customer support issues
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, chat, and email
- Analyze customer needs proactively and collaborate with relevant departments as necessary
- Troubleshoot customer issues on supported operating systems and browsers
- Maintain representative metric goals and assist in onboarding new team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required, with 1+ years of customer support experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other computer applications
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
