      We are excited to hire a Support Analyst at Oracle Cerner. As a Support Analyst , you would be responsible to serve as the first line investigate and resolve client problems received via phone, ticket or other electronic means and will recognize when to escalate issues by using applicable monitoring and troubleshooting tools. You will provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email, as appropriate and will perform troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will research and use a knowledge base of information to quickly understand and diagnose issues and adhere to policies and procedures including HIPAA, PECA, CHIA, and client notification requirements.

      Basic Qualifications:

      • At least 4 years of Total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
        • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems.


      Preferred Qualifications

      • At least 1 year of Experience with Customer support / Client support
      • Should have experience with IT technical support, Technical Support, Troubleshooting, Software Installation, Windows, Microsoft Office, Networking, Active Directory, Global Call Center
      • Good communication (verbal & written)
      • Willing to work in Night Shift (5.30pm to 2.30am / 6.30pm to 3.30am)
