      We are currently recruiting for the position of:

      Support Center Agent - Modesto, CA

      The Support Center Agent’s role is to ensure issues are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner for internal customers’ IT related issues and retail customers for all issues related to products and our overall customer experience. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic tools and or escalation to the next level of support.

      Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

      Answers all types of requests to the Support Center from multiple communication channels.

      Creates and assigns tickets appropriately after obtaining all needed information to address the issue

      Contacts IT users to triage, gather needed information and resolve any issue they can before assigning tickets to the next level for support

      Monitors the Support Desk queue for timely completion of issue tickets, follow up on calls if needed, and ensure satisfactory issue resolution with our customers.

      Hiring pay range: $20.88 - 24.00

      Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) :

      Strong problem-solving skills

      Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

      Strong fact-finding skills

      Excellent organizational skills

      Experienced in Excel, PowerPoint , and Word

      Customer service/phone support

      Education : Two-year college degree (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience)

      Experience : Three years related experience

      Other: This is a 7 day rotating shift position that changes based on our customers' needs. Requires participation in after-business hour standby support.

      Physical : Basic office and store environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects.
