      This is a great opportunity for an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Delivery Management team. As part of our dedicated team, you will be managing our day-to-day bookings and scheduling of our Delivery Management teams for New Zealand and Australia.

      Day to day you will be ensuring there are no surprises for our customers – keeping them informed if something changes. As well as the end consumer key to the role is communication with Delivery Drivers/Warehouse/Customer Care Centre/Technical Representatives / Technicians to ensure bookings are allocated and that the entire process runs smoothly.

      You will engage with customers prior to their delivery to secure necessary details, ensuring our drivers deliver unmatched quality service.

      • Permanent Full-Time and Fixed-Term (6 months) opportunities available

      • Working remotely from anywhere in New Zealand

      • 40 hours per week

      • Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm

      To be successful in this role, you will have:

      • A strong track record in customer service

      • A great attitude with excellent communication skills to listen to the needs of the customers

      • High attention to detail to organise the daily deliveries

      • Effective communication skills liaising with internal departments to get the job complete on time

      • Strong organisational skills

      • Have a proactive approach to customer service – no surprises – customer knows what to expect
