      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues across various software platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in MS Suite, BIX reporting, FTP servers, ASP.net, Dundas, Winovative, and Automat software. This role involves resolving complex technical issues, maintaining system efficiency, and collaborating with different teams to enhance system functionality.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MS Suite, BIX reporting, FTP servers, ASP.net, Dundas, Winovative, and Automat software.

      • Diagnose and resolve software and system-related issues to ensure smooth functionality.

      • Manage FTP servers, handle data transfers, and resolve related connectivity issues.

      • Support and maintain applications developed in ASP.net.

      • Work with Dundas and Winovative software to resolve reporting and visualization issues.

      • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement and test solutions.

      • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for improvements.

      • Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

      • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

      • Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

      Requirements:

      • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.

      • Strong proficiency in MS Suite and FTP servers.

      • Experience in database fundamentals and SQL.

      • Knowledge of XML format.

      • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure fundamentals.

      • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving application and system-related issues.

      • Good understanding of network protocols, server management, and data handling.

      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

      • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

      • Experience with documentation and knowledge base management.

      Educational Qualification:

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
