What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance to computer system users, answering inquiries regarding software or hardware operation
- Install software or perform hardware testing remotely as needed
- Enter commands and monitor system functioning to verify operations and identify errors
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions and remedial actions taken
- Read technical manuals and conduct diagnostics to resolve problems and provide support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10 years of related work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Service within the technology sector
- 4+ years of experience with Azure or M365 skillset (highly preferred)
- 4+ years of technical competence with Microsoft BackOffice Technologies
- Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training
