      In this permanent position as a Support Officer at our National Documentation Office (NaDO), you’ll be supporting a team of officers processing visa applications by providing vital administration support. At Nado, we receive and lodge visa applications which are then transferred to processing offices.

      To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate that you have experience in, or have the qualities that would enable you to successfully perform, the following tasks:

      • Demonstrated data entry & document management services in a busy environment.
      • Effectively manage your own workflow to meet business requirements.
      • Applied common sense, logical thinking skills and flexibility.
      • Worked effectively with your manager and colleagues to achieve team goals and meet customer expectations.
      • Built positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Paid close attention to details and have a high level of accuracy.
      • Problem solve and think outside the box.
