      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the friendly voice of the client, providing world-class customer service and technical support
      - Assist customers via inbound calls, following a call flow guide to resolve inquiries
      - Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
      - Maintain records by tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
      - Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions
      - Proficiency in navigating technology and explaining it to customers
      - Availability to work during operational hours from 8 am to 11:30 pm EST, with a schedule changing every 3 months based on performance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
      - Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking capabilities
      - A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
      - Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve skills
      - Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
