!*!The TxDOT Support Services Division is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Toll Facilities Service Coordinator position in the Central Texas Turnpike System (CTTS) Maintenance Section. This section specializes in managing services provided to the CTTS toll roads in Austin, TX, including eleven plazas, fifty-five ramps and two main buildings for administration offices, customer services, and call centers. The position will require working independently and as a team in toll monitoring, traffic assistance, facilities maintenance, contract, project and property management.
This is a 24 hour on-call position.

!*!Coordinates service and support activities associated with toll facilities. Monitors and evaluates accidents and incidents on the tollways to coordinate responses and/or maintenance needed. Work involves coordinating and ensuring completion of toll facility improvement projects, managing security and badge access for centers, and oversight of facility inventory. Work requires extensive contact and collaboration with vendors, contractors, divisions, and local government entities. Employees at this level perform work independently on assignments; however, all unusual issues are referred to the supervisor.
Essential Duties:
Coordinates and assists with all improvement projects for Toll facilities, including customer centers and toll

structures.
-Reviews, assigns and maintains building and badge access to ensure appropriate security levels.
-Works with local government entities to evaluate toll road accidents and incidents to facilitate emergency responses.
-Liaisons with divisions, local government agencies concerning traffic safety projects and traffic management.
-Maintains asset inventory records, tracks and coordinates all resources within toll facilities.
-Maintains and monitors fuel contracts to ensure fuel levels.
-Researches accidents involving Toll structures and coordinates with vendors regarding repair quotes and submits to claims
team.
-Coordinates with maintenance vendors regarding equipment life cycle identifies and recommends those needing repairs or
replacement.
-Monitors cameras within Toll buildings and facilities to detect unusual occurrences to ensure secure environment.
-Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Grad or Equivalent in general education.
Experience: 4 years of experience in building or specialized facility operations, general contract, inventory oversight and related activities. (Experience can be satisfied by fulltime or prorated parttime equivalent). Related college education or relevant technical training may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis. Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle
