What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on wind energy equipment
- Travel extensively for fieldwork on renewable energy projects as directed
- Operate and care for company property and equipment efficiently and safely
- Complete service orders, time cards, and other paperwork related to assignments
- Conduct status checks, clear error codes, and replace mechanical components as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 2 years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must meet Qualified Electrical Worker standards
- Valid current driver's license and ability to meet organizational requirements for vehicle operation
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components of wind turbines and energy storage systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CSA Z462 / NFPA 70E standards
- Ability to understand and use schematics and a multi-meter effectively
- Demonstrated basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience in a renewable energy or similar technical field
