Job Description
- Req#: 513283
- Assist with developing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual program reports and ensures reports are submitted within assigned deadlines.
- Ensure all Claim Department Standard Operating Procedures are current.
- Perform general clerical work, schedule and makes arrangements for events.
- Prepares AFPP’s for staff requisitions, department manuals, subscriptions, etc.

What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Support Specialist - Claims to join our Claims team. This position provides confidential administrative and specialist support to the Claims Department, including but not limited to, assisting with the preparation of departmental trainings, writing and sending various claims correspondences, and tracking various claims related deadlines. The ideal candidate for this position will have a thorough knowledge of general office practices, equipment and software packages. And, the ability to plan, organize and review work, workflow and procedures. Excellent written and communication skills will help the candidate in this position succeed.

Qualifications:
Education: GED or High School
Experience: Minimum One (1) year clerical experience or equivalent of higher education or higher education/experience.
Preferred Experience: Prefer experience in assisting a senior executive and four years clerical and office management experience
License/Certification: None
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status
