      We are looking for a talented individual…

      To join our team as a Support Specialist II to help deliver our British Columbia -based energy efficiency programs. As a Program Specialist, you will be handling customer inquiries via phone and email, documenting conversations, and recommending products or services to customers. You will also be responsible for implementing quality control and verification procedures, flagging areas of non-compliance, and potential resolutions.

      This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in office. To be considered you must be based in the Port Coquitlam area.

      For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if are…

      • Experienced in working in customer service, handling inquiries by phone, email, mail, or fax

      • Experienced in working with or a demonstrated sensitivity to marginalized populations

      • Experienced in data entry, verification, and report generation

      • Practiced in using Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel

      • Organized and a self-starter as this position has the potential to work remotely as long as you are located in Ontario

      • A strong verbal and written communicator in the English language. Demonstrated written and oral fluency in one or more of the following languages is a strong asset: Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese, Punjabi, Urdu, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, and/or German

      • 3-6 years of experience in customer service, energy efficiency, or operational support

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred

      $16.50 - $25.30
