What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and solutions to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Educate customers on website tools and resources
- Document all customer interactions and support issues in the ticketing system
- Demonstrate empathy and responsible judgment to ensure optimal outcomes for customers
- Test and evaluate new products prior to their release
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in telecom, high-tech, or consumer electronics industries
- Experience with video conferencing tools, including Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in conflict resolution and relationship management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of some college and relevant experience
- Experience with cellphones, apps, and Bluetooth technology
- Strong customer focus and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical problems in a customer-friendly manner
- Desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
