What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat sessions, primarily handling customer phone calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using various software and resources
- Maintain technical expertise with relevant software and computer systems
- Ensure timely follow-through and tracking of escalated issues to meet customer expectations
- Communicate professionally with customers for follow-up and resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills and strong customer service orientation
- Requires excellent verbal communication skills and a consistent positive attitude
- Ability to make quick, sound judgments when answering questions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Associate's Degree
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at multiple organizational levels
