      Job Summary:

      The Support Specialist - Tier I responds to customer requests via phone, email, and chat sessions to provide timely and effective solutions. They troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and online resources. The Support Specialist maintains technical expertise, follows established processes, and communicates professionally with customers. They escalate and track issues as necessary to meet customer expectations.

      Essential Functions:

      - Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat sessions.
      - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using software updates and online resources.
      - Maintain technical expertise with relevant software and computer systems.
      - Follow through and track escalated and active issues to meet customer expectations.
      - Communicate professionally and effectively with customers for follow-up when required.

      Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm CST after training

      Starting compensation: $17/hr + Benefits
