      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support site-deployed systems and photography gear to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Collaborate with developers and cloud operations on new projects and enhancements
      - Provide troubleshooting and fault-finding services for system and network issues
      - Develop and document procedures to improve operational efficiency
      - Communicate technical issues and suggest improvements for customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years experience in technical support roles (SysAdmin/SRE/similar)
      - Strong Windows systems administration skills, primarily with Windows 10
      - Familiarity with modern ticketing systems; experience with ConnectWise and JIRA is a plus
      - Knowledge of data security methodologies and concerns
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with photography gear
      - Experience with deploying upgrades and new installations of hardware and software
      - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to remain professional in a demanding work environment
      - Experience in performing remote support for internal customers
