What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support roles (SysAdmin/SRE/similar)
- Strong Windows systems administration skills, particularly with Windows 10
- Familiarity with modern ticketing systems; knowledge of ConnectWise and JIRA is a plus
- Experience with deployments, including upgrades and new installations of hardware and software
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with photography gear
- Knowledge of ConnectWise and JIRA ticketing systems
