As a Youth/Disability Worker, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and empowering these young minds to become confident and capable to thrive to be the best version of themselves. Key Responsibilities * Build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance. * Develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth. * Provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges. * Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. * Utilise your personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals. * Support and encourage children and young people with Dual Diagnosis including Trauma based behaviour to feel safe and secure to build trusting relationships/connections.
