      This full-time position will primarily assist families and individuals in accessing and utilizing various resources to improve their well-being and quality of life. Additionally, this role will work closely with Federation departments and agencies to provide organizational support for disability services related projects.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Case Management:
        1. Be the primary point of contact for all ECE families seeking supportive services for their child.
        2. Serve as a liaison between families, classroom teacher and school administrators
        3. Maintain communication and collaboration with families, service providers, and all stakeholders.
        4. Resource identification and referral to internal agency or community supports
        5. Monitor clients' progress and provide feedback, conducting team meetings quarterly
        6. Maintain all records related to supportive services
        7. Coordinate activities and provider services with behavioral therapists and school-based teams
        8. Create holistic threptic opportunities for early childhood students
        9. Advocate for clients' rights and needs, ensuring they receive appropriate care and support.


      • Music/Therapeutic Engagement:
        1. Lead music sessions for ECE classes.
        2. Provide small group, person-centered, music sessions for students on case load
        3. When appropriate work 1:1 with individuals to provide music therapy

      • Community Engagement and Outreach:
        1. Establish and maintain relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to build trust and facilitate collaboration.
        2. Outreach to local school districts, physician offices, and service providers to build potential partnerships.

      • Other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.


      Required Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
      • Master's degree in psychology or special education preferred
      • Experience Working with diverse populations with behavioral and mental health needs
