- Case Management:
- Be the primary point of contact for all ECE families seeking supportive services for their child.
- Serve as a liaison between families, classroom teacher and school administrators
- Maintain communication and collaboration with families, service providers, and all stakeholders.
- Resource identification and referral to internal agency or community supports
- Monitor clients' progress and provide feedback, conducting team meetings quarterly
- Maintain all records related to supportive services
- Coordinate activities and provider services with behavioral therapists and school-based teams
- Create holistic threptic opportunities for early childhood students
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs, ensuring they receive appropriate care and support.
- Music/Therapeutic Engagement:
- Lead music sessions for ECE classes.
- Provide small group, person-centered, music sessions for students on case load
- When appropriate work 1:1 with individuals to provide music therapy
- Community Engagement and Outreach:
- Establish and maintain relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to build trust and facilitate collaboration.
- Outreach to local school districts, physician offices, and service providers to build potential partnerships.
- Other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- Master's degree in psychology or special education preferred
- Experience Working with diverse populations with behavioral and mental health needs
This full-time position will primarily assist families and individuals in accessing and utilizing various resources to improve their well-being and quality of life. Additionally, this role will work closely with Federation departments and agencies to provide organizational support for disability services related projects.
