What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate surgery and procedure scheduling across multidisciplinary specialties
- Provide accurate patient instructions for procedures
- Maintain communication with team members and departments for smooth operations
- Schedule inpatient and outpatient procedures accurately
- Develop and maintain understanding of EPIC process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED
- Ability to travel to business functions/trainings/meetings and all SCHS worksites
- One year experience in healthcare registration and scheduling
- Excellent phone etiquette and understanding of medical terminology
- Proficiency in EPIC process

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree plus healthcare scheduling experience
