      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Explain test procedures to patients and prepare them for neurophysiological monitoring
      - Set up and calibrate neuromonitoring equipment in the operating room
      - Provide real-time information about patients' neurologic status to the surgical team
      - Document and analyze neural signal data following established guidelines
      - Advocate for patients' safety and comfort during surgical procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in life sciences (e.g., neuroscience, biology), bio-engineering, or audiology
      - Ability to work independently and exhibit a strong desire to learn
      - Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
      - Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
      - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting related to neurophysiology
      - Previous knowledge of intraoperative monitoring techniques and equipment
      - Familiarity with ethical standards and best practices in patient care
      - Membership in relevant professional associations
      - Additional certifications or training in neurophysiology or related fields
