What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote and sell the employer’s surgical glaucoma products to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers
- Achieve territory-level and corporate business objectives through effective sales strategies
- Provide product and technical consultation to eye care professionals (ECPs)
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for territory management to maximize revenue
- Build and maintain customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Ability to effectively communicate product information to ECPs and customers
- Strong organizational skills to manage territory responsibilities and administrative tasks
- Must be able to respond to customer requests within twelve (12) hours
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in ophthalmic sales or related field
- Established relationships with eye care professionals in the territory
- Background in medical training or education
- Familiarity with surgical procedures and ophthalmic product lines
- Ability to facilitate training sessions or wet labs for medical professionals
