      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and follow-up outbound confirmation calls for scheduling surgical procedures
      - Respond to customer voicemails and emails related to scheduling
      - Schedule cases with multiple modalities and ensure accurate bookings
      - Identify scheduling barriers and implement solutions to improve scheduling results
      - Follow established safety and confidentiality procedures in job performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Proven work experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or in Customer Service
      - Proficiency in Scheduling Software preferred
      - Experience using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
      - Familiarity with clinical/medical practice operations and terminology preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
      - Knowledge of call center/ACD phone systems
      - A separate work area free of distractions for remote positions
      - Patient and empathetic attitude toward others
