- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute
- Demonstrate knowledge of sterile technique, sterilization procedures, principles of surgical procedures, anatomy and physiology, use and care of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist the surgical team in accomplishing the plan of surgical care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Understand the surgery schedule work-flow and is available to meet the needs for room turnovers, patient transport, and cleaning.
- High School diploma or GED
- Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program
- NBSTSA or NCCT Certified Surgical Technologist
- Active BLS certification
- One year of surgical technologist experience
