- Position reports to the Neptune, NJ Managing Director - Investigations and will be primarily a remote position.
- Position requires travel within New Jersey and the New York City metropolitan area.
- Anticipate majority of time will be traveling and engaged in on-site surveillance service with the balance performing report preparation, planning, and coordination for other projects.
- Position requires the ability to write detailed reports electronically using Microsoft Word and to upload video/digital photography.
- Ideal candidates will experience with field surveillance techniques.
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Detail oriented with effective written and oral communication skills.
- Computer skills including; Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Position requires on-site service to designated surveillance locations, therefore candidate must have:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable motor vehicle transportation.
- Availability on occasion for off-shift and weekend work or other field investigations, which will require travel by car and varying hours of surveillance execution.
- 1+ year of experience in investigative surveillance.
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual communication skills.
- Ability to deliver work on a timely basis.
- Good customer service focus

Gallagher Bassett Technical Services is seeking a qualified surveillance professional to become a valued member of our Surveillance Investigation team. The ideal candidate for this position must be a proactively motivated individual with the ability to work independently, deliver detailed reports on time, and work varying hours, including nights and weekends to perform surveillance activities.
Salary is $25 – 30.00/hr.
