      Join Our Dynamic Team as a Surveillance Technician!

      Are you ready to embark on a thrilling career and save the day with cutting-edge technology? We are actively seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team of Surveillance Technicians. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for the setup, installation, and repair of electronic surveillance and communications equipment. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

      Your Duties:

      • Customer Charm: Use your charm and communication skills to be the superhero customers didn't know they needed. Being at work on time every day is absolutely critical!
      • Tech Creativity: Build, configure, maintain, install, relocate, and program equipment like a tech genius!
      • Lift Heavy Stuff: Who needs a gym when you're lifting gear up to 60 – 70 lbs.? Consider it your daily workout!

      • Clean Driver's License: Grab your keys; you're going places!
      • Weather Warrior: Rain or shine, you'll conquer the elements.
      • Tech Enthusiasm: No need to be a tech guru – just bring your eagerness to learn and we will train you to do the rest!

      Qualifications:

      • Punctuality – it’s critical to be at work on time every day.
      • Ability to travel – Up to 50% of travel over the road most often returning home same-day. There will be occasional requirements to stay overnight.
      • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
      • Ability to thrive in various outdoor conditions (heat, rain, mud).
      • Physically capable of lifting equipment up to 60 – 70 lbs. and transporting batteries from the truck to the equipment.
      • Proficiency in driving a ½ ton pick-up truck.
      • Experience towing a trailer
      • Comfort working on construction sites and safety-sensitive locations.
      • Willingness to work on ladders and at heights exceeding 10 feet from the ground.
      • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
      • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic industry.
      • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
      • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
      • Successful completion of a drug test and background screening.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Training from vocational school or equivalent work experience.
      • Experience as a technician (automotive, CCTV, satellite, TV/cable installation, construction).
      • Proficiency in troubleshooting various transports (LTE, Satellite, and various point-to-point systems).
      • Experience working with low voltage systems, including 12 VDC, 24 VDC, and 110 VAC.
