- Draft monumented land survey plats.
- Draft topographical and contour maps.
- Work with HDS point clouds. Preparation of legal description and exhibits.
- Problem solve and collaborate with other technical disciplines.
- Perform survey related research and survey calculations in order to create final survey deliverables.
- Follow schedules and budget commitments.
- Work independently.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- High School diploma or GED.

- Possesses good written and oral communications skills.

OVERVIEWMerrick & Company is seeking career and quality minded individuals for challenging projects including all types of Boundary, GPS, Photogrammetry, Easement/Right of Way, ALTAs, Topographic and As-Built Surveys. The Survey CAD Technician will work under direct supervision of a Land Surveyor. This is a full-time position based out of our Greenwood Village (Denver metro), CO office.
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
