- Perform CAD drafting of boundary, transmission line right-of-way, and land tie surveys.
- Write "metes and bounds" or "centerline" descriptions for assigned projects.
- Support survey field crews and office personnel by researching existing survey and real estate records.
- Contact local and state agencies for right-of-way information.
- Transmit completed projects to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all drawings meet industry and project-specific standards.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all drawings and revisions.
- Associate degree in drafting or a related technical field.
- Strong experience in CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Knowledge of survey coordinate systems and the ability to interpret surveys.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with surveyors and other team members to verify the accuracy of data.
- Experience with survey data interpretation and technical drawing creation.
- Familiarity with industry standards and project-specific requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
