What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct interviews by telephone and accurately record and code calls as directed
- Follow protocols and guidelines in persuading reluctant respondents to cooperate
- Assist in assembling mail survey packets
- Code and data enter mailed questionnaires
- Participate in quality assurance processes for all tasks, including telephone interviews and data entry
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months Call Center experience
- Clear speaking voice
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English
- Excellent communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual proficiency
- Experience in data quality assurance processes
- Previous experience in a university or healthcare setting
