      Your responsibilities

      • Coordinate and support workstream lead/line manager preparing documentation including project charter, project plan, work breakdown, resource estimates, and continuous monitoring of project progress
      • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Manage calandar. Coordinate interfaces with stakeholders across Uniper
      • Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders
      • Drive continuous improvement efforts and structure Sustainability topics, incorporating feedback and lessons learned. Drive and implement operational excellence approaches
      • Organize, moderate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documents
      • Record minutes and action items, and distribute them to relevant parties after meetings

      Your profile


      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
      • Previous experience in project management roles
      • Proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles
      • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
      • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
