What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and implementation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission inventory
- Create and track a carbon accounting inventory for all operating segments
- Research and propose mitigation strategies and reduction opportunities
- Submit energy benchmarking reports using Energy Star Portfolio Manager
- Communicate effectively with sustainability team members and stay informed on industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in sustainability, environmental studies, economics, statistics, or a closely related field
- 2-5 years of related experience in sustainability or environmental analysis
- Excellent research and data analysis skills with a focus on quantitative analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity software
- Familiarity with Greenhouse Gas Protocol, GRI, TCFD, and CDP
