- Provide administrative and field support for the Pedestrian and Commuter Programs department of Parking and Transportation Services.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Commuter Programs, which includes supervising the Bike Operations and the student bike valet employees.
- Oversee the Tugo bike share program as well as the department bike share fleet and service.
- Responsible for Travel Demand Management (TDM) programs.
- Oversee the preventative maintenance schedule and operations calendar for the Commuter Programs area. This includes cleaning and organizing bike facilities, program vehicles, equipment, surplus process, refreshing program signage, path markings and addressing internal service requests.
- Responsible for attending and developing community and stakeholder events and outreach activities to encourage car-free travel behaviors to achieve the department's program goals.
- Providing excellent service while interacting with and assisting internal and external customers.
- Collect and analyze program statistics for commuter programs including ride and bike share program utilization, Tugo ridership, program sales, Google Analytics, and other Parking and Transportation Services system metrics to determine trends and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Assist with the assessment of program operations and service offerings and create new ideas and procedure updates to better support and grow the department's Bike Friendly University aspirations, Travel Demand Management (TDM) goals, and the University's sustainability initiatives.
- Assist Manager with budget forecasting and management.

- Outdoor Environment: Employees work outdoors and may not be protected from weather conditions.
- Extreme Heat: Temperatures above 100 degrees for more than an hour.
- Extreme Cold: Temperatures below 40 degrees for more than an hour.
- Noise: There is sufficient noise to cause you to shout to be heard above the noise level.
- Hazards: Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving vehicles or exposure to chemicals in work setting.
- Oils, paint and or solvents: There is air or skin exposure to oils, paint and or fumes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive according to the University Fleet Safety Policy .

This position is part of the Commuter Programs division, which supports the department's mobility goals and the University's sustainability initiatives. This person's primary purpose is to oversee the program's day-to-day operations and to support team members. They are responsible for ensuring pedestrian and commuter service programs are in alignment with Parking and Transportation Services' (PTS) values and service model. This role also helps with community outreach efforts and actively participates in the program planning, development, and implementation.
