What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with customers to identify goals and solutions for sustainability projects
- Design and implement full materials management programs for large-scale events
- Execute comprehensive standard operating procedures for event and venue stakeholders
- Assess program performance and consult with customers on environmental sustainability initiatives
- Integrate environmental justice priorities into program development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Sustainability, Architectural Design, Community Planning, Business, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
- 3 years of relevant work experience in project/business management and environmental or services industry
- Experience managing event sustainability projects with stadium-based logistics support
- Knowledge of sustainability trends related to waste management, diversion, and supply chain
- Ability to travel up to 35% and work on weekends when required by events
