      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Consult with customers to identify goals and solutions for sustainability projects
      - Design and implement full materials management programs for large-scale events
      - Assess program performance and consult with customers on environmental sustainability initiatives
      - Ensure compliance with customer and government regulations
      - Maintain communications with key WM Market Area personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field; or High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience
      - 3 years of relevant work experience in project/business management
      - Experience managing event sustainability projects preferred
      - Knowledge of sustainability trends and waste management
      - Ability to travel up to 35% and work long days when required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with materials management and zero waste event operations
      - Experience working in sports venues and event operations
      - Experience with environmental justice and intersectional environmentalism
      - Experience managing multiple customers and projects simultaneously
      - Experience with Council for Responsible Sport or similar event certification framework
