What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with suppliers to gather sustainability data, such as product material ingredients
- Maintain the integrity of sustainability data and ensure it reflects relevant changes
- Prepare documentation demonstrating regulatory compliance
- Propose and implement measures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate sustainability certification processes, including documentation and audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passion for sustainable innovation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability compliance
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience complying with sustainability regulations such as RoHS, REACH, and others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience pursuing third-party audited sustainability standards such as TRUE Zero Waste, BIFMA LEVEL®, or others
- Tenacity and creativity in motivating and soliciting responses from others
- Strong capacity for systems thinking and organization skills
