This position will contribute to advancing sustainable practices in our own North American operations by drawing data-driven insights to promote informed decision-making and prioritization.

      What will you do?

      • Quantify and generate high-level performance reports, such as operational greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy, facility energy consumption and performance.
      • Compile, clean, validate, and organize data from various sources, including internal databases, external reports, and industry benchmarks, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
      • Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze trends, patterns, and correlations.
      • Present findings in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key metrics and progress toward sustainability goals.
      • Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as operations, facilities – regional and corporate) to integrate sustainability practices.
      • Communicate data-driven insights to colleagues, promoting awareness and engagement.
      • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sustainability.
      • Create visually appealing charts, graphs, and dashboards to convey complex sustainability data to non-technical audiences.

      What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively across the organization and with external stakeholders.
      • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol - Greenhouse Gas Protocol SBTi - Science Based Targets initiative TCFD - Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures GRI - Global Reporting Initiative CDP - Carbon Disclosure Project).
      • Business case evaluation and financial modeling.

      • Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, energy management, engineering, environmental science, data science, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
      • Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools (advanced Excel, Tableau, Python, etc.).
      • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
