What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, maintain, and improve program components for sustainable operations
- Create and manage a best practices library and database
- Generate reports using tools like Power BI and Smart Sheets
- Own knowledge management and maintain the Sustainable Operations Internal Sharepoint
- Assist in creating Learning & Development Modules for Sustainable Operations platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar analyst role
- Experience in Sustainability or related industries (ESG, HVAC, asset analytics)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Smart Sheet, Power BI for data analysis
- Ability to perform data analysis and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of Sustainability or related experience
- Experience with developing Learning & Development modules
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience with Commercial Real-Estate
- Project management experience or PMP certification
