      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the SUTA Department corrections process, including review, submission, tracking, and billing
      - Provide necessary information to personnel at CDTFA to assist in correcting misallocations and deficiencies
      - Analyze SUTA CA billing and perform periodic reviews of inquiries for CDTFA
      - Address billing questions through communication with audit staff and/or CDTFA
      - Assist SUTA Analysts and Corrections Staff with petition-related inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
      - Experience in supervising administrative staff and procedures
      - Strong analytical skills to handle billing and corrections processes
      - Ability to maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
      - Excellent customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with government agencies or in public sector services
      - Familiarity with SUTA processes and regulations
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
