Structured Fund Solutions is a division of Global Fund Banking and is a provider of bespoke bilateral and syndicated asset-backed lending solutions to private equity, private credit and venture capital funds. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Structuring, Diligence, and Deal Management team within Structured Fund Solutions (SFS) in New York. You will be responsible for supporting senior members of the team in the structuring, underwriting, execution, and ongoing management of complex asset-backed loans to private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds. Responsibilities Support senior members in the structuring, underwriting, execution and ongoing management of a suite of financing solutions to closed end funds, specifically, (i) lender financing to direct lenders, including private credit funds and BDCs, (ii) NAV financing to buyout and growth equity funds, and (iii) NAV financing to private equity secondaries funds. Prepare, and present, approval materials to senior management and senior approvers. Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to review and negotiate credit agreements. End to end loan lifecycle management including (i) periodic portfolio monitoring, (ii) administration of cash flow waterfalls, (iii) creating and reviewing periodic borrowing bases, and (iv) risk reporting to internal stakeholders. Cultivate relationships with origination, legal, accounting and risk management teams and various internal support functions. The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $90,640 - $135,960 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Preferred Qualifications: 1-4 years relevant financial experience (lender finance, corporate finance, leveraged finance, debt or equity capital markets, credit risk management, and NAV finance experience preferred) Strong prioritization skills, ability to deliver within tight timelines, effectiveness in planning and ensure quality output whilst demonstrating excellent attention to detail Strong numerical, and written and verbal communication skills Strong academic track-record within finance or STEM Strong numeracy and analytical skills Advanced Excel skills and strong financial literacy Advanced report writing skills Undergraduate degree
