What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish a culture of action and discipline in contact center sales channels
- Optimize contact center sales channel strategy for ROI and company objectives
- Develop and execute positioning strategy in collaboration with various departments
- Lead the creation of effective sales commission plans to drive growth and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a great customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA required/MA or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years in contact center sales leadership within the telecommunications industry
- Strong experience defining business requirements and collaborating across teams
- P&L leadership with a track record of growth and turnaround experience
- Proven executive presence and strategic capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing across a diverse and highly distributed footprint
- Proven ability to successfully manage through transformation and change
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills
- Understanding of business/consumer behavior
- Experience with BPOs
