      Citi Shared Services (CSS) has over 5,000 EWF and is aligned with Citi’s Global Functions to provide excellent, scalable finance, human resource and global services for the enterprise. The Citi Solutions Center (CSC) Network with over 98,000 EWF delivers services to Citi’s businesses and operational units. CSS is comprised of the following products and services: Finance and Risk Shared Services (FRSS), HR Shared Services (HRSS), Business and Travel Shared Services (BTSS), Citi Solution Center Network (CSC), and CSS Chief Operating Office (COO).

      Key Responsibility Overview

      • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in managing a Program Management Office (PMO) and a strong background in Project Management (PM)
      • Must have proven track record of managing a cross-functional PMO
      • Provide direct leadership to CSS product PMO leads and governance reporting lead
      • Provide governance oversight for the entire CSS Book of Work to ensure compliance with Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) guidelines, procedures and reporting
      • Provide credible challenge on Key Initiatives and Safety & Soundness risks, issues, and dependencies
      • Provide leadership analysis for the health of CSS programs and projects
      • Ensure PM Monitoring & Assessment Framework results are challenged as appropriate
      • Responsible for developing and implementing scoring to objectively assess project management performance
      • Serve as subject matter expert in establishing a standard set of skills in the recruitment of project managers
      • Develop fit for purpose training program to onboard project managers across the CSS organization
      • Produce evidence-based data for mid and year-end project manager feedback and PMO product leads evaluation

      Additional Responsibilities:

      • Develop and maintain communication channels with EO&T key stakeholders
      • Strong understanding of Operational Risk principals and Reporting & Analytics environment
      • Interface with Internal Audit, Compliance, as well as First Line of Defense as applicable
      • Interface with the EO&T Org PMO team to ensure alignment and consistency on CPMC Policy and Procedure requirements
      • Partner closely with the CSS product leads to ensure program and project alignment to strategy and commitments

      Job Skills/Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
      • Minimum 10+ years in PMO and PM experience
      • Strong understanding of CPMC policies and taxonomies
      • PMP® and CSM® certifications preferred
      • Advanced skills in MS Project and Project Tracking System (PTS 2.0) a plus
