- Own the strategy, planning, development, and consolidation of materials for ATM & Citishare Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) with Head of USPB Operations
- Drive the overall Citishare Transformation initiative, with an understanding of each of the workstreams, and lead discussions on funding, prioritization, etc.
- Develop presentations and materials for all ad-hoc requests as needed in working with Head of ATM & Citishare
- Lead planning, oversight, and execution of key BAU meetings such as quarterly All Hands / Townhalls, offsites, monthly "lunch rooms", etc.
- Represent ATM & Citishare in all USPB Operations Chief of Staff specific meetings and own all tasks and deliverables that come out of those meetings
- Build relationships across the greater ATM & Citishare team, cross functional teams, and other relevant stakeholders across the organization, as well as the greater USPB Operations and PBWM Operations & Fraud Prevention organization
- Work with Head of ATM & Citishare to develop people strategy based on VOE / feedback
- This position holds responsibilities for the global review, development and implementation of business process improvements. This position will also coordinate efforts for global area integration to achieve operational efficiency objectives. The position ensures that allocation expenses are correct (calculation and distribution methodology) and will also control and streamline processes for better comprehensive customer service.
- Monitoring both scheduled and unscheduled reviews to completion.

- 10+ years experience in project administration and background in operational areas.
- Experience managing limited resources that are requested to offer outstanding results.
- Experience in finance and processes administration.
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management.

The ATM & Citishare team sits within the USPB Operations organization and is responsible for oversight of the firm’s global ATM network and Citishare proprietary network, which is an internal processor of ATM and debit point-of-sale transactions. The team is seeking a Chief of Staff / Business Manager candidate to support the execution of the team’s global strategy, which includes multiple transformation efforts, as well as leading all business management activities. This role requires a candidate who can effectively multitask and who has strong communication skills, as well as the ability to present complex information in a concise manner.
The Business Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results of an area. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.
