What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, foster, and maintain relationships with customer accounts
- Ensure effective communication with clients regarding new edits and system issues
- Review client data to manage and monitor edit savings
- Travel to clients and prospective clients to strategically manage client relationships
- Interact with operations and marketing/sales to communicate notable client trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. or M.B.A. in Business Administration or allied degree
- Ten (10) years' experience in the health care industry
- Strong presentation skills and HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Excellent communicator and leader
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims payment policy and processing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience establishing professional relationships at all levels of key client organizations
- Demonstrable knowledge of healthcare claims payment policy and processing
- Strong interpersonal skills and troubleshooting abilities
