      About the Role

      We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation and Innovation to lead our technology strategy and execute it in alignment with business objectives. This role will be central in driving the shift towards a platform strategy and SaaS model, modernizing our legacy systems, and supporting business process transformation. The SVP will own the enterprise and data architecture, ensuring that all technology initiatives align with the long-term technology roadmap. Additionally, this role will oversee work intake, program management, and organizational change management to ensure cohesive and effective execution across the organization.

      The SVP will work across product management, engineering, technical operations, cybersecurity, and data functions to align cross-functional efforts and ensure business value is delivered through technology initiatives.

      Salary Range: $400,000- $475,000 USD
      Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

      What You'll Do

      • Lead Digital Strategy, including AI and innovation, ensuring alignment between business goals and technology initiatives. Educate senior leadership on digital opportunities and risks.
      • Own enterprise architecture and data architecture, driving the development and execution of a strategic technology roadmap that integrates both new capabilities and legacy system modernization.
      • Ensure the technology roadmap translates into effective work intake processes, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic impact and resource availability.
      • Oversee program management, ensuring all technology initiatives and programs are executed efficiently, with measurable outcomes that align with business objectives.
      • Manage organizational change management to support the successful adoption of new technologies and business process transformations.
      • Collaborate across product management, engineering, technical operations, cybersecurity, and data teams to drive alignment and ensure the roadmap is executed effectively.
      • Partner with cybersecurity and technical operations teams to maintain a secure and scalable infrastructure as we transition our technology landscape.

      Who You Are

      • 15+ years of experience in technology leadership with demonstrated expertise in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, program and portfolio management, and organizational change management.
      • Proven experience leading SaaS transformations and platform modernization initiatives, including legacy system migrations in large organizations.
      • Ability to manage work intake, annual planning, and budgeting, ensuring alignment of resources with strategic goals.
      • Strong track record in enterprise architecture and data architecture development and execution, driving long-term scalability and technology alignment with business needs.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work across product management, engineering, cybersecurity, and business leadership teams.
      • Strategic mindset with a deep passion for innovation, digital transformation, and driving business outcomes.

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or MS) is preferred.
