- Oversee and drive growth initiatives, influence architecture and infrastructure requirements
- Develop the strategy and lead the execution for the business unit, including content management, promotional strategy, data analytics and UI/UX Design
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM, loyalty and credit card strategies that align with the company's e-Commerce and overall brand objectives
- Oversee and drive Digital Marketing strategy, media spend allocation and performance marketing analytics – including email & sms marketing, paid search/shopping, display, SEO & Affiliate marketing
- Collaborate with SPARC shared services in the development, prioritization, implementation and analysis of the Digital Product Roadmap for Brooks Brothers
- Be THE Digital champion for Brooks Brothers, and the Brooks Brothers customer – striving for best in class user experience and must have capabilities
- Represent Brooks Brothers within the overall SPARC Digital leadership community – ensuring Brooks Brothers has a strong seat at that table – and ensuring brand priorities are prioritized amongst shared services roadmaps and resources
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience leading best in class digital strategy and execution with prior experience at the VP level
- Extensive experience leading strategy and oversight of Customer Acquisition and Retention to support an Omni-Channel brand within the digital marketing ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large team and work alongside a visionary CEO and Chief Digital Officer who both know and think Digital
- Experience sitting on Brand/Multi-Brand SLT – Board exposure a plus
- Proven ability to partner with – and drive successful outcomes – Chief Marketing, Financial & Information Officer(s)
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Strategic and Analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem solving capabilities
- Demonstrates strong business judgement and decision-making skills, knows trends and can articulate high impact initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments, a proven track record of sitting on an Executive Committee and present ideas to senior management
Overview
The SVP, Digital/e-Commerce is responsible for establishing the Digital strategy and roadmap for Brooks Brothers – ensuring our growth and differentiation in the market. Leveraging a strong dedicated team – combined with SPARC shared services – success in this role will require substantial altitudinal range (Owner, SPARC Executive Committee & Brand Executive team involvement and influence – to direct report and working team involvement and oversight) and longitudinal range (Ecommerce Operations & P/L expertise, Ad Tech/Mar Tech, CRM & Loyalty experience, Digital Merchandising leadership & Omni-Channel strategy). This position will play a key role in the SPARC Digital leadership community - with the Chief Digital Officer - as well as be a central role on the Brooks Brothers Executive team. Similar experience operating at this level is required.
The ideal candidate has significant strategic and operating leadership experience with full responsibility over P&L and Executive Committee/SLT/Board-level exposure at prior company. They will be responsible for commerce revenue growth, opening new revenue streams, creativity in connecting with customers and prospects to differentiate the brand and meet customers growing needs. They will also serve as a critical bridge between Corporate Strategy and Product & Technology

The salary range for this position is $275,000 to $325,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, SPARC Group, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
