What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and activate the enterprise narrative and strategic agenda, driving consistent storytelling across all channels
- Establish and manage the authentic voice of the CEO, crafting speeches and executive-level communications
- Oversee corporate, internal, executive, crisis, media, and external communications for message discipline
- Protect and enhance the reputation of HealthEquity and its executive leadership
- Lead and coach a high-performing communications team to support enterprise growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years in corporate communications, executive communications, PR/media, or related disciplines
- Proven experience in shaping strategic narratives that align with business goals
- Trusted partner to CEOs and executive teams with expertise in content shaping and delivery coaching
- Crisis communications leadership with the ability to manage high-pressure situations
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, financial services, or another highly regulated industry
- Experience with fully remote or distributed teams
- Previous success in modernizing or centralizing a corporate communications function
