- Develops product vision and strategy in partnership with OZK Labs management team and project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Mentors Product Managers, advises on best practices and institutional domain knowledge.
- Formulates long-term objectives and standards of performance for the Product Management team.
- Manages a team of Product Managers, oversees employee performance and professional development efforts.
- Builds relationships with business leaders and other functions across the organization, removes impediments to successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Develops and maintains product roadmaps, ensures strong alignment with project sponsors and Bank OZK management team.
- Oversees strategic planning and resource allocation activities with input from OZK Labs management team and project sponsors.
- Understands the financial services market, develops expertise in the banking industry, and infuses these insights into product development activities.
- Partners with User Experience (UX) Design to develop and implement strategies to embed user experience design activities within agile product development processes.
- Demonstrates deep knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) processes needed to operate in a highly regulated environment, and applies this knowledge in interactions with other Bank employees.
- Operates as a cross-functional leader, bringing the organization together to meet business goals.
- Serves as part of OZK Labs management team, participates in development of department, product, and technology strategy.
- Collaborates with key members within OZK Labs to make continuous improvements to the product development process that support delivery of high-impact, high-quality products to market, while maintaining a strong set of controls and oversight.
- Collaborates with key members within OZK Labs to define and implement a strong performance culture, along with supporting organizational structure and processes, to enable the acquisition and retention of a team of highly talented technology professionals.
- Handles a variety of assignments and interacts with all levels of management.
- Produces accurate, thorough and timely work, while meeting commitments and following policies and procedures.
- Completes training, as needed.

Job Purpose and Scope:
OZK Labs is the entrepreneurial heart of Bank OZK located at the center of the Innovation District in Downtown St. Petersburg, FL. We lead the digital transformation of community banking to deliver financial services that positively impact the lives of our customers.
The SVP, Product Management is responsible for leading the Product Management function within the organization. This position acts a hands-on leader, who builds and supports a high-performing Product Management team, helps develop new ideas based on industry experience, and ultimately facilitates the delivery of valuable technology solutions to market in support Bank OZK’s strategic objectives.
